    Job Description:


    Assist front of house (FOH) restaurant supervisors to train all new and existing FOH team members with the expectation of ensuring excellent quality guest service. Maintain proper drink pours and insure proper OLCC standards.


    • Train all new Team Members in all areas to provide excellent service and understand all functions involved in day to day activities, highlighting and focusing on the 7 Steps of Service.
    • Observe new Team Members on his/her first full day of the 2nd week at the beginning and the end of the shift.
    • Assist and cover all shifts as needed.
    • Provide information to new Team Members in order that they may successfully do their job.
    • Submit a review and completion of training recommending or denying employment.
    • Set station assignment and schedules, breaks and out times.
    • Regulate staffing in prescribed area per-shift as needed.
    • Report all guest concerns to management and handles as management details.
    • Assist in writing weekly schedules.
    • Maintain liquor room and beer cooler.
    • Assist with liquor, beer, and wine ordering.
    • Assist in keeping liquor room clean & organized.
    • Observe and Report to management and Team Member issues.
    • Oversee voids, discounts and comps and authorize them with a manager card.
    • Assist in continued training and development of Team Members.
    • Assist in serving food and alcohol to the guests.
    • Assist in giving breaks and lunches.
    • Assist in training on the Micros Terminals.
    • Maintain and delegate TM’s to stocked work areas during and throughout shift.
    • Maintain proper "Can-Do" attitude with duties and with Team Members.
    • Maintain appearance standards as outlined in departmental and TRC policies.
    • Assist in tracking TM’s regulatory licenses, e.g. food handlers, OLCC, etc.
    • Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to our guests.
    • Ensure living the brand/purpose in all work activities: "Every day, we deliver uncommonly kind experiences that connect people to the coast."
    • Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
    • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments, including needed property or service concerns.
    • Integrate the Three Rivers brand purpose into all processes, communications and guest/team member experiences.
    • Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicate to other staff, property-wide/company promotions, events and programs. Keep fellow team members/guests informed regarding the direction of the organization.
    • Ensure that all fellow team members will adhere to and deliver Superior Guest services striving to exceed our internal and external guest expectations.
    • Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to our guests.
    • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
    • Other duties as directed by management.


    • Access to Key Watcher (Liquor room keys).
    • Will over-see beverage staff only as far as assignment of stations, breaks early outs and scheduling. Any counseling and or evaluations will be done with the involvement of a supervisor or manager.


    • Must work well under pressure.
    • Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
    • Must be able to lift over forty pounds on an intermittent basis.
    • Must be able to bend, stoop lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
    • Must be able to speak, hear and see.


    • Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
    • Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.

    Experience and Skills:


    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Must possess current OLCC Servers Permit.
    • Must possess current Food Handlers Card.
    • Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
    • Must have 2 years guest contact experience.
    • Must have full understanding of the P.O.S.
    • This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
    • Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
    • Must receive and maintain a valid low security license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
    • Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.
